LAW STUDENTS' SOCIETY PRESENT
CHAMBERS WEEK
Intellect • Advocacy • Athleticism • Camaraderie
Welcome to Chambers Week, the ultimate week-long celebration organized by the Law Students' Society! This signature annual event brings our faculty to life through high-stakes academic competitions, courtroom advocacy, athletic showdowns, and rich house traditions. It is a dedicated week where legal theory meets practical energy and chamber pride.
The Four Chambers
Every student in the Faculty of Law is sorted into one of four historic chambers. Throughout the week, these chambers go head-to-head to accumulate points, demonstrate teamwork, and claim the coveted overall Championship Trophy:
Chamber Naturalise
Driven by the foundational principles of natural justice, equity, and the innate sense of fairness.
Chamber Aequitas
Guided by equity, moral balance, flexible justice, and the spirit of conscience.
Chamber Gentium
Grounded in the universal principles of international law, diplomacy, and global jurisprudence.
Chamber Civile
Rooted in the rich tradition of civil codes, structured legal order, and statutory excellence.
